To protect our proprietary information, they sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or a non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention (NNN) agreement when applicable. They also agree to our terms and conditions, ensuring a secure and collaborative partnership.

Physical Inspection

3 Supplier Inspection and Sample Verification

We conduct a comprehensive supplier inspection audit to evaluate critical factors such as machining capabilities, financial stability, design expertise, troubleshooting skills, and quality management systems. This includes assessing their organizational practices, communication processes, and documentation standards. To validate their performance, we order sample parts and progressively assign relevant jobs. This rigorous audit ensures that suppliers have the infrastructure and processes needed to consistently meet our high standards.

Continuous Improvement

4 Ongoing Performance Evaluation

Quality assurance is an ongoing process. After onboarding, we continuously monitor supplier performance across key metrics, including quality, communication, pricing, on-time delivery, and client feedback. Suppliers are graded regularly, and those who fail to meet our strict benchmarks are removed from our network.
