If you submit designs for manufacturing, you certify that your designs comply with applicable trade regulations and are not subject to ITAR or other restricted classifications, unless properly disclosed and approved in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landed Manufacturing from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

This indemnification does not apply to claims resulting from Landed Manufacturing’s negligence, misconduct, or legal violations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Landed Manufacturing disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any warranties related to services or products shall be governed by the Customer Service Agreement.

Landed Manufacturing’s liability related to Site use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for accessing or using the Site, except where liability arises from Landed Manufacturing’s gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Arbitration and Governing Law

Any disputes related to the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions in the Customer Service Agreement. For disputes solely related to Site use and not services, arbitration shall be conducted in Colorado, unless otherwise required by law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado.

12. Force Majeure

Landed Manufacturing is not responsible for performance failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or internet disruptions.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
